St. Patrick’s Parish Campus Lake Forest, Illinois

The Parish of St. Patrick’s Church was in need of a complete replacement for their original wood cedar shingle roof. L. Marshall Inc. was selected to replace all their campus facility shingle roofs because  of our experience working on Church and Religious Institutional buildings.

Summary:

The St. Patrick Parish Campus consists of the main church, community meeting building, parish services and the administrative center.

Church and religious facility projects require sensitivity to their mission. Being flexible in order to allow the client to minister to their congregation is an expectation. Additionally, life around such religious institutions is very busy with staff serving the daily needs of others.

Communication, safety and quality are essential to a positive roofing experience. L. Marshall’s project management team coordinated the project on a daily basis with the parish facility director and avoided any disruption to the parish operations.

L. Marshall replaced the steep slope original roof with a natural wood cedar shingle roof system. The work also included the custom fabrication and installation of copper architectural sheet metal workmanship to match the original design.

L. Marshall continues to provide the roof maintenance work to the Parish because of their commitment to maintaining long term relationships with clients.

The high quality cedar roof replacement project was completed on time, safely, and under budget.
