Modified Bitumen

Modified bitumen is a prefabricated membrane, composed of a blending of high performance, weathering polyester and glass fiber membranes together with asphalt bitumen. Modified bitumen roof systems can be either applied into cold adhesive, hot steep asphalt or heat-welded into place.

The modified bituminous single-ply roofing system offers the roof tremendous tensile strength, reinforcement and elongation benefits.
