The Northwestern University Kellogg School of Business needed a high quality, aesthetically pleasing thermoplastic PVC roof systems with custom architectural sheet metal flashings. The Northwestern project required a contractor with institutional roofing experience.

Summary:

L. Marshall Roofing and Sheet Metal was selected to replace the existing roof with an aesthetically pleasing thermoplastic PVC single ply roof system. The project also included custom architectural sheet metal workmanship that could withstand the winds blowing along the Lake Michigan shoreline.

L. Marshall’s project management team worked with the Northwestern Facility Manager, the roof consultant and the roof system manufacturer’s representative to diligently complete the high quality roofing project safely, on time and under budget without any disruption to school operations.
