Ford City Shopping Center

The Ford City Shopping Mall needed a new roof along with other construction services as part of the mall rehabilitation process.

Summary:

L. Marshall Roofing and Sheet Metal was chosen to rebuild the outside masonry parapet walls and install a high quality multi-ply modified bitumen roof system. L. Marshall was selected for this challenging roof replacement project because of their commercial retail shopping mall project experience.

The L. Marshall project management team worked together with the roof consultant, the roof system manufacturers representative and the mall’s Director of Facilities to achieve a problem free roof replacement experience.

Roofing debris was removed and material delivered each day before store operations opened in order to avoid any disruption to the retail store operations. Coordinating with multiple roofing, sheet metal and masonry crews, the L. Marshall construction team performed safely and efficiently.

The historic shopping mall roof replacement project was completed on time, under budget, safely without any disruption to existing mall business operations.
